Although there are many different interpretations of the term "Website Design", WebNola thinks of the this phrase as the graphic design that a website is based upon. WebNola offers a flat rate on Website Design for each "look" your site will have.

We charge a flat rate for each design we create. The way our fees work typically fall into one of the following three options:

If your website will have the same "look" on each page, and the only thing that changes is the "content" (text and images near the middle of each page) you only get charged for one website design. This is the most common project we see, for new and established small businesses who want the most for their money.
Many customers like to spend a little extra to give their homepage a specialized look which is more visually impressive and less heavy on content. This is also a good option if you don't have a lot of content ready for the home page. This option will reflect the cost of two website designs. This is pretty common in websites for New Orleans restaurants and hotels.
Some businesses find it beneficial or useful to have many different "looks" of the site. Each page is different from the next, while following the same general feel of the site. This type of website would reflect a cost of one website design per look, which could add up pretty quick. This is best suited for projects and companies with larger budgets.

What, exactly, does the Website Design service include?

The way our Website Design service works is that we combine the information, media, conversations, and general feeling of your business to create a mock-up of how we think the site should look. You will be e-mailed or physically shown the mock-up and at this time you will have the chance to approve and go to the next step or request changes to the mock-up.

Each request for changes is called a revision. Each Website Design service comes with up to two revisions, so please make as complete of a list as possible for each revision.

Please note that after you approve a website design, we begin creating the website. Because of this, any requested changes that come after the approval may be subject to an extra cost because parts of the site may need to be re-coded.

Is this all I need to have a new website created or an existing one redesigned?

Since this service is only the graphical design concept of a website, you will also need our "template creation" service to create the actual code for the site, and our "content layout" service which is subject to a small cost per page of the site. These two services along with our Website Design service are all you need for a new website.
